We can deliver your bike to your home address anywhere in the world. Your bike is built, then tested and checked before being packed and delivered to your home. The shipping price depends on where you live and the shipment method (by sea or air). For all orders within Europe, prices are set in the shop. Damage claim / faulty claim
At delivery of your bike order, it is your responsibility to review the bike(s) for any damages or apparent depreciation. In the event of any transport damage, it is important that you sign ‘with reservation’, make note / remarks on the way bill of the actual transport damage and take photo documentation. You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receipt with a copy of the remarked way bill and photo documentation.
If we do not receive any immediate claim, we will consider the order / product has been delivered in perfect condition. You will not be entitled to any compensation for any unclaimed damages and we will not be obligated to replace any damaged product. JUNG MOBILITY cannot ask for compensation from the forwarder UNLESS the receiver has signed with reservation, made notes / remarks and can document with photos.
In the event that someone else other than yourself have to receive the order, it is your own responsibility to notify and instruct receiver of JUNG MOBILITY's Terms of Freight.
If you order several bicycles, the shipping costs for each bike will be charged individually.
Within Germany, will be shipped via UPS or TNT.
International order will be shipped via UPS.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are prepared by our team, simply visit your account and follow the steps for a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.
Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. you have a right to cancel your order in writing (except for customised products) 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods.
